The breakfast at the restaurant was decent, with a variety of options available. Staff were attentive and friendly, delivering bath salts by cute robot. The rooms were comfortable and spacious, with great views of the city. The shower needed improvement, however the bathtub in some upgraded rooms more than made up for it.
The vegetarian options were limited, making it difficult for some guests to find a suitable meal.

During my Easter stay, I particularly enjoyed the location of the hotel as it was very accessible to public transport and nearby dining options. the breakfast spread offered a great variety of options that catered to different dietary needs. I also appreciated the complimentary gym access that allowed me to continue my workout routine while on vacation.
As a vegetarian, it would have been great to have more plant-based options. the shower in my room had a faulty door that caused water to spill out onto the bathroom floor.

Our stay was luxurious and exclusive. The Spa & wellness centre was exceptional, offering a wide range of massages and a steam room. The indoor swimming pool was clean and relaxing. The executive lounge had a great selection of snacks and drinks, and the staff provided excellent service. The room had exclusive amenities, including a Jacuzzi and a private lounge area. The location advantage was perfect for exploring the city.
There was only one minor issue during our stay: the snack bar was not fully stocked, causing a slight inconvenience. However, this did not detract from the overall luxury experience at this hotel.
